OCUL Groups - Nomination Form

This form is for librarians and library staff interested in serving on an OCUL committee, subcommittee, working group or task force.

• Individuals may self-nominate or be nominated by someone else from their OCUL member school.
• Eligibility to serve is dependent on the OCUL group and criteria met by the nominee.
• If you would like to submit nominations for multiple groups, you will need to complete one form submission per group.
• To request an alternate method to submit a nomination, please email ocul@ocul.on.ca for assistance.
