Thank you for your interest in Project RAMP.  This survey ran from April 18th - May 10th 2023.  You are invited to reach out to Julia Gilmore (Digital Projects Librarian, Scholars Portal) at j.gilmore@utoronto.ca if you have any questions about the survey or the project.

This survey takes approximately 15-20 minutes to complete.

Project RAMP

OCUL and Scholars Portal are currently undergoing a migration project (Project RAMP) for SPOTDocs, the wiki space that serves as a knowledge base for various services, committees and working groups within the organization.  As a result of an upcoming change in the licensing model and pricing structure for the platform (Confluence) where the SPOTDocs instance currently lives, we will be moving the SPOTDocs wiki to a new home in early 2024. Read more about Project RAMP.

Survey Outline and Outcomes

As part of the Discovery phase of Project RAMP, we are conducting consultations with the SPOTDocs user communities via surveys, targeted interviews, and focus groups. The aim of this survey is to gather feedback from users on experiences using SPOTDocs (Confluence), as well as other wikis, collaboration software, and content management platforms. Responses gathered during the community consultations will inform the needs assessment and environmental scan to select and design a new wiki platform that will meet user communities' needs to create, manage, access, and share information.

Data Collection and Consent

All responses are voluntary. The data obtained in this survey will be used to assess the user needs of the SPOTDocs community and inform recommendations related to the future of the SPOTDocs instance. Your answers will be stored securely on Scholars Portal’s secured servers. Aggregated summaries and de-identified results may be shared in any resulting project outputs, such as reports, publications, and presentations.

Thank you for taking the time today to share your feedback with us!
